Anyone and everyone can do our CrossFit classes! We are able to modify any movement to ensure you are comfortable yet pushing yourself to get to that next level of fitness. Our CrossFit classes are an hour long and include strength, gymnastics and body weight movements along with metabolic conditioning. You get the most bang for your buck with these high intensity workouts but don’t be intimidated – we will meet you where you are at and help you succeed!

BRCF has classes for teens. The hour long class will focus on strength movements, skill development, and metabolic conditioning. Three sessions available.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's at 4:00 p.m.
We want our kids to be active and confident so we need to start with healthy habits early! The goal is to instill a positive association with exercise. While providing children with a portion of their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, we will teach them good movement to set them up for continued success. Simply put, our focus is providing your child with a fun and safe way to be active. It’s all about moving, games, and enjoying themselves at this age but we are also working on life lessons such as teamwork and structure.
We offer 30 minute and 60 minutes sessions to work one on one with a coach. This is a great way to get acclimated to movements you aren’t comfortable with or to get a workout in if you aren’t quite comfortable with the group setting. This is also a great way to fine tune a specific movement. We have a wide variety of coaches with different strengths so we will pair you up with the coach who will best help you crush whatever goal you have in mind. If you have a favorite coach you’d prefer to work with, we can make that happen too!
